I am proud to share that I have been clean and sober for 9 years now. Each day is truly a blessing, a testament to the power of determination, and a reminder that transformation is possible.

Overcoming Challenges

The road to recovery has not been easy. At my lowest point, I faced:

  • 3 DUIs
  • Multiple drug-related arrests
  • Federal charges

Two guiding principles have helped me stay on the path to sobriety:

Avoid Triggers: Recognizing and steering clear of situations that jeopardize my progress has been crucial.

Gratitude: Each day, I take time to reflect on the blessings in my life. Gratitude has grounded me and given me strength when I needed it most.

I share my story to inspire others who may be struggling. Recovery is possible, and life on the other side is worth every effort. Thank you for being part of my journey. Together, we can all work toward a brighter, healthier future.
